Sacramento Juneteenth Festival Kick-off Reception. The California State Library will host the annual Juneteenth festival kick-off reception. The Stale library will again partner with SJI (16^th year) to host the reception featuring; California’s Black history presentation, Blacks during the Gold Rush exhibit, guest speakers, entertainment, food prepared by the Juneteenth Black Chefs Collaborative and much more.
