REVIEW TERMS & CONDITIONS

Juneteenth is the oldest known commemoration of the end of slavery in America, celebrating the Emancipation Proclamation for 150 years! This educational festival spotlights the history and culture of African Americans, while providing a family-friendly environment of music, food, entertainment, and children’s activities, all the while inducing a sense of community throughout the region.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
• You are to provide your own booth, tables, power, etc., and the ability to prepare and sell food & beverages at William Land Park on Saturday, June 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Without an annual permit from the County of Sacramento, the fee is $675. If you have an up-to-date annual permit with the County of Sacramento, the fee is $600. (Fee for a double space used by ONE vendor may be negotiated.)
• Currently accepting non-refunded deposits. ($200 will hold your spot) Space is limited.

We highly recommend and encourage a price point maximum of $18.00. Anything higher will be scrutinized by leadership.


BOOTH REQUIRMENTS
• Spaces are approximately 12’wide x 20’long.
• Application Deadline is June 8th, 2024, or until space fills up.
• Participants must comply with all county health code guidelines.
• Use of heat of any type must be accompanied by a fire extinguisher.
• All applications are subject to approval of the event coordinator.
• Photographs of your booth, including menu items and price list must be included with your application.
• You will retain 100% of proceeds from your sales.
• Only items approved BY the VENDOR COORDINATOR prior to event may be sold at the festival.  Failure to comply may result in immediate closure of your booth by the event coordinator, without refund of fees.
• Your booth must be staffed during festival hours.
• All personnel must be knowledgeable about products for sale.
• Your booth must be set-up and ready for health inspections no later than 10 a.m. failure to comply may result in a Fine imposed by the County. You may begin load-in and set-up as early as 8:30 a.m. Breakdown must be completed no later than 7:30p.m. on Saturday.
