Friday Night 14th “Gospel Under the Stars” Concert 6-9:00 pm

Saturday 15th Festival in the Park 11:00 am -6:00 pm
- The Juneteenth Mile – A 1-mile run/walk event in partnership with Black Men Run and Greater Sacramento Urban League (9:00 am)
- Main Stage Entertainment – Live performances – Gospel Grammy award winning performance by Juanita Wynn in addition to Ms. Lena Byrd -national artist along with local R & B, Neo Soul, Jazz, Blues artist & more
- The Juneteenth youth essay reading presentation- previously selected winners will read essays and receive awards on mainstage
- Juneteenth Community Soldier Awards – Presented to unheralded members of the community who are making a difference
Juneteenth Health/Wellness Pavilion
- On- site health screenings
- Healthy Soul Food cooking demonstrations
- Physical activities – line dancing, Zumba
- Distribution of health-related resources
Juneteenth Arts & Education Theater
A live painting exhibition by several local artist in partnership with the Crocker Art Museum. Other components include:
- Black history exhibits
- Juneteenth themed art display
- Presentations acknowledging the accomplishments of African-Americans pre and post Emancipation

- Health products, resource information and wares by local businesses
- Social services organizations, County, State, health organizations etc.
- Food – An array of good eats prepared by local proprietors
